Instructions
This is a bread machine recipe so that means easy peasy on the instructions. First, remove bread cooking container from machine to add ingredients
Wet Ingredients - These go in first
Add water and milk
Add egg
Add butter
Add honey
Dry Ingredients
Add whole wheat flour
Add salt, sugar, baking powder and wheat gluten
Add white flour
Yeast
Add yeast as the last ingredient. Do be sure that it does not sit on top of the salt.
Notes
This is a variation of the White Wheat Basic recipe in the Hamilton Beech guide. It is set to produce a 1.5lb loaf. Once the ingredients are assembled, select Cycle 1, 1.5lb size and light crust and press start.
