We run a small flock of dairy sheep comprised of both East Friesian and Finnsheep. We get plenty of sweet creamy milk, loads of cute lambs that go off to new homes, and meat from the occasional ram lamb we raise for processing. With the Finnsheep we get very nice fiber.
